Interesting facts about the iPod
Do you own an iPod? If you do, well, you're part of the majority of music lovers. More and more iPods are sold every day than any other MP3 player in the world today. So, if you have an iPod, congratulations!
And if you don't own an iPod, well, you will eventually. The iPod is taking over the world and soon, we will all be slaves to the little white digital music player from Apple.
But, before we truly succumb to the iPod revolution (if we haven't already), here are some interesting facts about the iPod that you may or may not know about the world's favorite MP3 player.
-The iPod is the most popular MP3 player in the world. There is nothing that even comes close to outselling it.
-Although there is no world record for the greatest number of songs stored on an iPod (considering the various sizes of Apple iPods available), the consensus is that approximately 16,000 songs is about the limit.
-The full range of sound for an average iPod is about 120 decibels. To put that in perspective, that's like standing next to a jet as it takes off!
-Just as the iPod is the world's most popular digital MP3 music player, it's also becoming a favorite target of thieves and crooks in terms of portable electronic devices.
And there you have it! Some interesting, useful (or useless) facts about the Apple iPod. Another fact which can't be ignored or disputed is the fact that the iPod has revolutionized the way we think about music, and has opened doors to where we can bring and enjoy our music. And not only has the iPod itself been revolutionary, but also, the way iPod has been marketed in terms of advertising and in conjunction with other brands and items too.
