We purchase customer returns in any condition or quantity, and from any location. We also act as a return center for several manufacturers in the consumer electronics industry. The list of services we offer includes:

• the sorting of incoming product
• the inspection of incoming product for physical damage
• plug-and-play testing
• scanning and uploading of items information
• repackaging and/or reshipping of product that is RTV
• refurbishing returns and supplying the refurbished units on a contract basis as required or for warranty fulfillment purposes.
• the maintenance of inventories of parts and accessories. Inventory levels can be transmitted to a real-time website. Parts and accessories can also be shipped directly to customers.

Compared to other third party service providers, Millennium is able to conduct a more thorough initial inspection of the customer returns. Stricter standards means lower losses for manufacturers.
