OUR FLAGSHIP / MACHINE FILM
UltimateWrap
UltimateWrap is our flagship stretch film for machine-wrapped pallets. It holds the products on a pallet together during handling and transport, combining a thin, 48-gauge construction with high stretch capability.
Designed for semi-automatic and automatic pallet wrappers, it can be stretched before being applied around the load. That increases the usable wrapping length from each roll. The aim is to use less plastic while maintaining load containment: the holding force that helps keep products in place. The appropriate stretch setting and number of wraps depend on your machine and the load you are securing.

PUNCTURE RESISTANCE / MACHINE FILM
MaxPower
MaxPower is machine stretch film designed for pallet-wrapping jobs where puncture resistance and load holding are important. Puncture resistance helps the film withstand pressure at corners and protruding areas, while retention helps it keep holding the products together after wrapping.
The range is designed for semi-automatic and automatic wrappers and comes in 51 GA and 57 GA specifications. Both are described as semi-stiff films in their technical sheets. Select the grade around the load shape, machine settings and support required; a thicker film is not automatically the better match.

VERSATILE / MACHINE FILM
PowerWrap
PowerWrap is a 70-gauge machine stretch film with a stiffer construction, high retention and high puncture resistance. Its job is to hold a pallet load together while resisting damage as the film is applied around corners and other pressure points.
It is designed for semi-automatic and automatic pallet wrappers. The stiffer film provides a different wrapping response from the thinner grades in the range, so the choice should reflect your machine and the load you need to secure. Film tension and the wrapping pattern work together to provide the required support.

Measure performance on the pallet.
Our 20-inch nominal machine format is specified at 19.7 inches / 50 cm. Published stretch values are test-specific; confirm usable settings and load stability on your equipment. Use measured consumption to calculate film cost per pallet.
